Tony Johnson is currently presenting workshops on the topic of
trustee litigation.
With an ever increasing number of trusts in New Zealand, trustee
and trust related disputes are a growing area upon the
litigation landscape. The Law Commission is also
recommending that trustees' obligations and duties be expressly
stated in clear and detailed legislation.
Many trustees have limited
understanding of their obligations. We
believe it's vital those involved in trusts become more
informed.
