Anthony Russell is a leading expert on employment law and
industrial relations in New Zealand. Anthony helps clients with
employment-related matters such as personal grievance and disputes,
collective bargaining and interpretation of employment
agreements. He has expertise in the detection, investigation
and prosecution of fraud, particularly in the employment
setting.
Before joining Martelli McKegg in 1999, Anthony was a prosecutor
at the Serious Fraud Office. Anthony combines his legal practice
with teaching employment law and education law at the University of
Waikato.
