Lisa Gerrard is an experienced civil litigator. She has
advocated for clients across a wide range of civil litigation
matters, from Tribunal to Court of Appeal level.
Lisa specialises in providing advice on all aspects of property
and construction law and has extensive experience in leaky building
claims. She is currently Honorary Legal Counsel for the Home
Owners and Buyers Association of New Zealand (HOBANZ).

Lisa joined Martelli McKegg as a partner in November 2011,
after three years as Principal of Hayden Tate Lawyers. Lisa's
junior and intermediate years were spent practising litigation in
two of Auckland's largest law firms Kensington Swan and Phillips
Fox.
