Mike has been with Martelli McKegg for 20 years working in the
commercial area with a broad expertise which includes business
structuring and funding, mergers, acquisitions and sales,
management buyouts, private equity arrangements, supply and
distribution agreements, franchising and licensing and intellectual
property.
Mike has a wide range of corporate, commercial and private
clients, including particular expertise in the finance,
manufacturing, wholesale/retail, food and beverage, advertising,
transport and telecommunications industries.
