Trans-Tasman proceedings

Once in force, the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act will allow New Zealand proceedings to be served in Australia without the the need for either courts' permission.

And it will allow registration of Australian court judgments in New Zealand's courts, where they will be treated like a judgment of our courts.
