We are delighted to announce
that Jacque Lethbridge joined the partnership effective 1 June
2019.
Jacque is an experienced commercial
and civil litigator specialising in often complex and challenging
insolvency and restructuring matters as well as regulatory and
serious fraud cases. She regularly represents clients in the High
Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Jacque's clients
include receivers/liquidators and other insolvency specialists,
corporates and high-profile individuals.
Partner, Mike Worsnop said "We are
extremely pleased to welcome Jacque to the partnership given her
high profile, technical ability, client-focus and proven ability to
deliver great outcomes for her clients. The firm's strategy over
the last few years has been to attract the best talent in key
practice areas to ensure that we remain a viable and cost-effective
alternative to the big firms and Jacque's arrival is further
evidence of that." Mike also noted that "With Jacque's
appointment we have an almost equal balance between male and female
partners, positioning us amongst the leading mid-tier and larger
firms."
Jacque initially worked as a
Prosecutor and then a Defence Lawyer for the Public Defence Service
acting in a variety of criminal matters before entering into
private practice first with Grove Darlow and Partners becoming a
partner in 2012 and most recently as a director of Lowndes.
