Unit Titles and Building law

She provided advice and litigation services to bodies corporate on a variety of matters including body corporate governance, dispute resolution, weathertightness issues, building remediation and compliance as well as enforcement of body corporate rules.

As part of her role, Aimee regularly dealt with experts in the building and construction fields to commission reports or prepare affidavit evidence in support or defence of litigation claims.

Employment law

Aimee works alongside Claire Mansell providing advice to employers on a range of matters including redundancies, personal grievances, dismissals and compliance issues.

Insolvency law

Aimee has practiced insolvency law for three years. She has acted as counsel for large national retailers and suppliers, financial service providers and council-controlled organisations. She regularly appeared in the District and High Courts on matters including bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.

Aimee was born and raised in Auckland. She graduated in 2009 with a BA/LLB and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 2010.
