Ben is an associate in our Private Client team. He works closely
with Melissa
Clark, Tara Grant and Catherine
Atchison.
Ben is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners (STEP), a global professional body for trust and
estate practitioners. He has been recognised by STEP as a 'TEP'
owing to his skills and specialist level involvement with
inheritance and succession planning.
Ben advises clients in relation to:
- Wills
- Trust Deeds
- Trust establishment
- Trust administration
- Winding up of trusts
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
Ben joined the firm in May 2019 after graduating from the
University of Auckland, where he also completed a Bachelor of
Music.
Ben was admitted in November 2019.
