Dharsh is a family law practitioner. She has a wide range of
experience in both the Family and High Courts and has also appeared
in various Tribunals. She has worked as Counsel for the Child and
Counsel to Assist the Court and sat on the National Domestic
Violence Programme Panel for the Ministry of Justice.
Dharsh specialises in all areas of family law including issues
arising from separation, relationship property division,
contracting out agreements and child care arrangements. She is
passionate about family law and its impact on families. She takes a
client focused, pragmatic approach to resolving disputes whether
through mediation or the courts.
Separation is usually a very emotional time, when difficult
decisions must be made. Dharsh will help you navigate the legal
challenges which you may face in this journey.
