Litigation
Kiren is a solicitor in our litigation team. She assists
with commercial and construction disputes as well as trust and
estate litigation. She also advises on employment matters. Kiren
appears regularly in the District and High Courts. She works
closely with Geoff Hardy and Andrew Steele.
Kiren graduated from her conjoint degree in Law, French and
Spanish from the University of Auckland in September 2015. She
joined Martelli McKegg in November 2015 where she was originally in
the trusts and estates team. She was admitted as a barrister and
solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2016.
She is fluent in French, Spanish and Catalan, having studied and
worked in Spain, France, Mexico and Chile.
