Parsha is a Senior Solicitor in our litigation team and
has been practicing since August 2018. She advises across civil,
commercial and construction litigation matters. Parsha works
closely with Jacque Lethbridge.
Parsha advises on general civil and commercial litigation
matters, including insolvency, debt recovery, contractual disputes,
shareholder and directors' duties disputes. Parsha has experience
in dealing with disputes in both the District Court and High
Court.
In construction matters, Parsha advises on disputes arising
under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and the Building Act
2004. Parsha advises both builders and homeowners in respect of
disputes arising from construction contracts. She has experience
representing property developers and construction companies
involved in High Court proceedings.
Parsha is a member of Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround
Association of New Zealand, Auckland Women's Lawyers Association
and Society of Construction Law New Zealand.
