Parsha Grant is a senior solicitor in our litigation team. She
advises across civil, commercial and construction litigation
matters. Parsha works closely with Jacque Lethbridge and Geoff Hardy.
Civil and commercial litigation
Parsha advises on general civil and commercial litigation
matters, including insolvency, debt recovery, contract disputes,
shareholder and joint venture disputes, property disputes and
commercial leases. Parsha has experience in dealing with disputes
in both the District Court and High Court.
Construction disputes
In construction matters, Parsha advises on disputes arising
under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and the Building Act
2004. Parsha advises both builders and homeowners in respect of
disputes arising from construction contracts. She has experience
representing property developers and construction companies
involved in High Court proceedings.
Background
Parsha graduated with a Bachelor of Law from AUT University and
was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in May 2018.
Prior to joining Martelli McKegg, Parsha worked in the
litigation team of a medium sized law firm. Parsha has a background
in civil and commercial litigation, construction law and criminal
law.
