New Zealand Immigration has recently announced new investor
migration policies, effective 25 July 2011.
Investor migrants can now receive benefits from the policy
changes including:
- reducing the residential requirement for investor plus migrants
from 73 days to 44 days per annum so they can be globally
mobile
- widening the range of acceptable investments. Investor
migrants can now invest in bank bonds, equity and residential
property.
We have recently applied for, and successfully obtained,
residency for a business migrant under this category. Please

Lee for more information.
