We are pleased to announce our new associate, Claire Mansell.
Claire is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in
insolvency and civil litigation. She has been with us since
2009.
Claire appears in court at all levels, including the Supreme
Court and the Court of Appeal. She regularly appears in the
District and High Courts.
Claire was recently involved in the successful Supreme Court
decision Jennings Roadfreight Limited (In Liquidation) v
Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
