We are delighted to welcome Andrew Skinner to the
partnership. Andrew is an experienced commercial lawyer with
specialist industry experience in building and construction and
franchising.
Andrew was recently a partner at a boutique business and
franchising law practice and prior to that was General Counsel and
a member of the lead team at Carters Building Supplies. Andrew
advises franchisors on both their systems and broader commercial
work and franchisees when entering into franchising. He takes a
special interest in Building Act reforms, health and safety
regulations and governance developments.
Andrew is a member of the Board of the Frame and Truss
Manufacturers Association of New Zealand and is a qualified
Chartered Secretary and member of Governance New Zealand.
