Kathryn leads Martelli McKegg's employment practice. Kathryn has
20 years' employment law experience gained in top-tier firms in New
Zealand and the UK, as well as experience in consulting and as
in-house counsel.
Kathryn enjoys working in partnership with employers to provide
legal solutions which align with business needs, core values and
culture. She also works with senior executives in negotiating terms
of employment and on exiting their employment. With many years of
experience, Kathryn calmly assists clients to resolve workplace
disputes through strategic negotiation and attendance at
mediation.
