The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has this week launched a review
of all consumer law. This will involve a review of the Consumer
Guarantees Act, the Sale of Goods Act, the Door to Door Sales Act
and another 7 or 8 similar statutes. The way in which all consumer
legislation interacts and works together is a key driver to this
review.
